Shipping a gift
You can make an order from any place in the world and we`ll ship a gift to any place you want to. For example, you live in Amsterdam and you want to send a gift for your friend`s birthday in Ottawa. It`s simple – you choose what do you want to send from our collection. As an additional option we can add a greeting card with the text you`ll provide or to wrap a gift. Shipping address during the order you write Ottawa, so we`ll ship the order without invoice directly to Ottawa and you`ll get by email tracking number and also an invoice. If you want to surprise somebody who lives is GTA (Great Toronto) we can send your gift with a courier and to add a flowers or wine. Just send us a message what would you like to send and we`ll provide you all details.
Shipping within Canada
- We ship the order few days after it was placed by air using fast shipping expedited service Canada Post.
- Once we shipped the parcel, you will receive a tracking number to your email.
- The parcels within Canada are usually delivered during 2-4 business days.
- Shipping cost for any order less than $99 depends on customer`s location.
- Free shipping terms are applied for all orders over $99.
Shipping worldwide
- We ship the order to many countries in the world few days after it was placed by fast international expedited service.
- Once we shipped the parcel, you will receive a tracking number to your email.
- Delivery dates are depend on the country the parcel was sent. However, we ship by international shipping services with the most fastest shipping times. The maximum delivery time could be 3-4 weeks, but usually the parcel arrives faster.
- Free shipping terms are applied for all orders over $99.
